Every application to become a sophisticated investor will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and must at least meet the following criterion:

Complete a short online Quiz in next step to demonstrate your trading experience
AND
You have a minimum annual income of AUD 100,000 or net assets of at least AUD 500,000
AND/OR
Demonstrate your trading experience by meeting the following two criteria:
Trading leveraged FX or CFDs of at least 20 trades per quarter for at least 4 quarters in the proceeding 24 months with a notional value of AUD 500,000 or more
OR
Demonstration of at least one year of full-time work experience in the financial sector requiring knowledge of FX and CFDs or other leveraged trading.
